The easiest way to find your PC muscle is by doing a mid-stop when you urinate. The next time you feel like urinating, do so with this exercise in mind.

• While urinating try to initially slow it down

• Then after a couple of seconds stop the flow of urine

• Hold it for a maybe 3 -5 seconds if you can

• Then Let it flow again

• Then stop it again

Perform the “stop and start” method as many times as you can while you urinate. Also make sure that you identify and remember which muscle you used to stop or slow down the flow of urine. That’s the pc muscle and you need to familiarize yourself with the feeling of controlling it.

• Hold it for around 5 seconds

• Then let it go

• Contract it again

• Hold it again

• Then let go

This exercise is a bit more advanced and requires better control of your PC muscle.

Yet another variation and one of the best kegel exercises for men when it comes to strengthening the PC muscle done by squeezing the PC and holding for as long as you can. You essentially go through the same steps as the previous exercise but instead of releasing the contraction after 5 seconds, you hold it for as long as you can. The goal with this variation is to increase the number of seconds you can keep the PC muscle contracted. The longer you’re able to hold it the stronger it will become.

If you are able to religiously perform these pelvic floor exercises men, then you will definitely see positive results after several weeks. They can be done almost anywhere, they don’t take too much time to do and they aren’t difficult. If you want to see results, the most important thing is to be consistent.
